Sri Jayanta Goswami hails from the prestigious Amranga Satra, Mirza Guwahati. An educated young boy, about four decades ago, decided to do farming, and animal husbandry in his ancestral land.

Sri Jayanta, an active socio-political person in and around in his native region is now a settled man dedicated wholly with his limited means to all those works only which led to the upliftment of humanity at large.
